STEPS 1 - 3
Complete a Questionnaire
Answer a questionnaire below to offer a detailed description of what is needed for your specific project. Be as detailed as possible!
Receive an Invoice
After your questionnaire is completed you will get a response with a price quote or pricing document. Then once you've agreed on a price you will receive an invoice and a digital contract via email.
Make a Deposit
Before beginning any work, a deposit is required. This deposit ensures that you are invested. Once the deposit is paid you may schedule a video shoot or wait to begin the project.
COMPLETE A QUESTIONNAIRE
STEPS 4 - 6
Work Begins
Depending on the project there will be prep work that is needed such as research or planning out ideas for the project. Once the preparation work has begun you will get an initial draft based on your questionnaire and our written agreements.
Approve Final Project
In total you will have an opportunity to make 3 rounds of revisions. A round of revisions will be defined as a list of changes to the project. Unique revisions beyond the agreed upon expectations will be at an additional cost to the client.
Make Final Payment
You're almost done! Once your final 50% payment has been received your project will be prepared to be sent to you.
STEPS 7 - 9
File Preparation
Your final project will be exported to the appropriate file formats.
Deliver Project
Your final product will be sent to you in the mail and digitally with a thank you postcard!
